About 'Classic Piano' International Piano Competition 2021

The European Foundation for Support of Culture announces that the next prestigious final stage of the 'Classic Piano' International Piano Competition will be held in 2021 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This second grand edition will comprise of 14 International Piano competitions being organised in 8 cities around the world in 2019 and a further 6 different cities in 2020. The five top-ranked participants from each of these 14 competitions — 70 participants — will be invited to attend the final stage of the 'Classic Piano' Dubai International Piano Competition 2021 – which will be held in 4 Rounds, with a total prize fund of Eur 300,000.

1st Prize – € 200,000

a) € 100,000 / Award
b) A tour of 20 concerts in the following countries with a total honorarium of € 100,000 (€ 5,000 per concert):
Austria (Vienna, Salzburg), Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Dubai, Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg), Switzerland, Turkey, USA, UK

2nd Prize – Eur 50,000

3rd Prize – Eur 25,000

4th Prize – Eur 7,000

5th Prize – Eur 6,000

6th Prize – Eur 5,000

7th Prize – Eur 4,000

8th Prize – Eur 3,000

The 70 Participants at the final stage in Dubai 2021 will be granted free participation and accommodation.

Prize winners at any of the 14 Competitions will not be admitted to other succeeding competitions within the series. Participants need to be under 35 years of age, when participating in one of the 14 competitions.
